Build Shift Supervisor III Miasole
Description:Manage a team of employees installing solar cell manufacturing equipment. Duties include coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and managing progress during the shift working hours. Supervisor is responsible for making sure the team is staying on schedule and meeting company expectations for output. Supervisor is often required to work longer than shift to make sure transition from shift to shift is error-free. Supervisor is also responsible for providing feedback and guidance to employees. This includes hiring the team as well as disciplinary action for employees that are underperforming. Supervisor must be technically proficient in areas of vacuum semiconductor practices and machinery integration in building a high volume manufacturing environment.

Required Education:
High School + 15yrs work exp.
Vocation School + 10yrs work exp.
4yrs College + 2yrs work exp.
