Description:Responsible for build/installation of solar cell manufacturing equipment, working a shift up to 12hrs in length. Duties include unpackaging and set up of equipment on the manufacturing floor. Docking and leveling of modules, web drive system, and power distribution equipment. integration of equipment into final position and interconnecting all vacuum, air, water, and gas lines. Vacuum integrity testing on chambers and gas lines. Electrical interconnect of cabinets to modules and main power distribution to power racks. Final testing of system to assure machine is functionally qualified and ready to qualification for making solar cells.
Required Experience:
Technician
Vacuum Sputter Equipment
-Additional skills of troubleshooting electrical and vacuum systems required.
-Must have experience in high vacuum equipment related to PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processing
Required Education:
High School + 12yrs work exp.
Vocation School + 6yrs work exp.
4yrs College + 1yrs work exp.
