Build & Tools Manager iParadigms

You'll be responsible for the hands-on management and technical leadership of our Build & Tools team. This is an internally-facing engineering group tasked with ensuring the accurate build, monitoring and deployment of our SaaS product. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance for a large suite of other engineering and process tools in the company. These tools include Svn, jira, and a host of custom database-oriented products. You need to be both a strong engineer and an excellent internal communicator. You will be interfacing not only with development but with other parts of the organization, including Sales and Marketing.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
6+ years development and managerial experience in software development
Extensive experience with build processes, package deployment and monitoring, and internal tools
Experience in high-volume SaaS environments highly desirable
You are a generalist and have demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of languages and environments
Expertise in Perl, Python, PHP particularly good to have
Other preferred skills: Linux, database development, scripting, web interfaces, build and deployment technologies, continuous integration tools, project management
