Good Technology is seeking a Procure to Pay Management Development Associate to join our Business Operations team.
Business Operations Procure to Pay: Management Development Associate is a member of the Value Chain Team. You will develop your business and leadership skills while applying your academic, and prior work, experience in a dynamic, team environment. With the team's rotational assignments through the following groups (order of assignment TBD) Supplier Master Data - Mobility Specialist ? Buyer - Facilities/Receiving and Accounts Payable, you will receive the broadest possible experience across business operations functions, from Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay: on-the-job experience will immerse you in the business. You?ll be growing within an influential and progressive company that is at the leading edge of mobile security management and mobile application development platforms.
Good?s Procure to Pay Value Chain Team handles the acquisition, delivery and management of items and services necessary to run our business globally. Participants in this team manage and maintain the supplier master data; oversee particular commodities, such as the mobile device fleet and Good facilities; ensure that all procurement decisions result in the best value for Good; work closely with the vendor base to resolve operational issues; and participate in payables, invoice processing, check requests, and credit applications. Training consists of hands on learning in the job while collaborating with a team of people.
Basic Qualifications:
? Experience with Oracle 11i or higher is required
Preferred Qualifications:
? Manage and maintain the supplier master data
? Oversee particular commodities, such as the mobile device fleet and Good facilities
? Ensure that all procurement decisions result in the best value for Good
? Work closely with the vendor base to resolve operational issues; and participate in payables, invoice processing, check requests, and credit applications
? Realize business income through order administration
? Hands on learning in the job while collaborating with a team of people
? Oracle 12 is strongly preferred
? Applicants should demonstrate a record of leadership, project execution, problem solving and excellent communication skills.
? This position calls for adaptability, high energy, flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and non-standard shifts as necessary. Performance is evaluated at the end of each rotation. Candidates will be considered for either or both Value Chain teams, depending on business needs and candidate background.
Educational Requirements:
? BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Research or Mathematics is required. Preference given to MBA or other advanced degrees.
