Business Analyst Grant Street Group

We are looking for exceptional Business Analysts to join our friendly and talented team of professionals at Grant Street Group. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert on TaxSys functionality. You will also be expected to gain a thorough understanding of the software, database and system infrastructure that supports TaxSys. Stellar performers in the Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to grow into Architecture, Project Management, or Management positions.



Responsibilities include:

troubleshoot and investigate technical and analytical software issues received by: phone, email and on-line tracking system;
gather and document requirements for new features and functionality;
be responsive to client inquiries; adhere to internal and agreed SLAs; maintain company standards of excellence;
test bug fixes, new features and functionality and document accompanying detailed notes;
participate in daily review of new issues;

Requirements include:

strong business analyst skills, technical and functional
excellent interpersonal and communication competency in all media;
technical background in software analysis;
demonstrably computer proficient, numerate and adept at learning new and complex software applications.
strong business writing skills

Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus.
