Healthline Networks - www.healthline.com - is seeking a Business Analyst for the Ad Operations team. This position will be responsible for all publisher partner analytics and metrics as well as month end media billing. The ideal candidate is a highly detail oriented, quantitative team player who is passionate about learning and takes pride in gathering accurate data. This person will report to the Sr. Manager of Ad Operations but will work very closely with the Finance team.
Responsible for month end billing and reconciliation including creating partner IOs and month end reports
Own and continuously update internal reporting dashboards relating to key business metrics such as partner ad impressions and revenue
Set and communicate impression goals for each partner every month
Forecast and report on partner revenue weekly
Communicate campaign goals and priorities to publisher partners daily
Contribute to business decisions based on comprehensive revenue analysis
The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst role will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or quantitative field or related experience
Advanced Excel skills including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs,
2+ years of work experience in a quantitative field
Experience in working with large/complex data sets. Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.
INCREDIBLE attention to detail
Familiarity with online advertising and traffic platforms (DFP, DFA, Google Analytics). Not required, but great if you have this.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiastic and works well with others
