Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating/transferring the same knowledge to development team.
Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client?s business needs.
Preparing accurate and detailed internal and external requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver functional requirements.
Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Business Priorities
Understands client organization's direction and requirements
Prepares requirements, specifications, use cases, business processes and recommendations
Understands technical design specifications
Works with QA to ensure test plans match functional requirements
Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions
Qualifications:
A four year degree or equivalent experience
Advanced skills in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting internal and external customers
Proficiency creating business and functional requirements, visio diagrams, use cases, sequence diagrams and test cases
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
