DescriptionAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis and requirements gathering of functionalities related to ERP systems and processes tailored for the ?spineIT Portal?, an inhouse developed ERP system. You will also provide analytical / training/ support to all staff (Business Owners, End Users and IT Development Teams) in support of these systems. The Business Analyst will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Understand various processes that are being followed at Globus Medical and the corresponding functionalities/modules in the SpineIT Portal
Meet Business stake holders for Eliciting requirements and translating business needs to use cases and process flow diagrams and work accordingly to satisfy them with appropriate solutions.
Write business impact analysis documents and propose alternate solutions for processes/functionality
Suggest improvements to the Portal Development Team from either the process side or Portal side as a result of understanding both the sides
Create impact analysis and high level analysis documents by discussing with the Business Teams and interfacing with the Technical team for the implementation of changes
Interact with business owners on a regular basis to identify better improvements
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience with the following technologies:
Web based IT Systems
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to troubleshoot effectively
Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
Experience with using online conferencing tools like Webex etc.
