The Business Analyst position is responsible for scoping the business requirements of internal as well as client funded projects, managing the delivery of the project both internally and externally as well as reporting on the overall KPI?s and success metrics related to assigned projects. This position is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate with proven analytical and organizational skills to get hands-on experience in building and delivering customized solutions in the demand generation, revenue performance industry.Additional Responsibilities:
Create customized business requirement documents (BRD?s) based on clients overall needs and outlined outcomes desired from customized projects.
Manage the data analysis and research required for the successful development and deployment of assigned projects.
Maintain detailed project plans for initiatives assigned and manage general reporting on the success of those initiatives.
Collaborate and coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure all deliverables associated with assigned projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Maintain accuracy, budget and overall scope of projects.
Qualifications:
Expert level Excel skills ? named ranges, pivot tables, filtering, formulas and light VBA relational database concepts.
Other extensive PC software skills and experience; Microsoft Word/Access/ Project, and other database management and reporting software.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
BA in business administration + 3 years experience or MBA with 1+ year(s) experience preferred.
Demonstrated success resolving complex situations with challenging objectives and scope.
Excellent communication skills, good listener and facilitator. Proven relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationship at all levels of an organization.
B2B industry experience is a plus.
