We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst to develop valuable additions to our growing suite of products.
Essential Responsibilities
Work with Business Analyst and Market Research teams to understand customer needs and envision new product solutions
Produce technical market requirements and specifications that include functional requirements, non-functional requirements, process flows, wireframes, and use cases for different user personas.
Collaborate with the design and development team members to produce market leading user experiences that are creative and easy-to-use that solve customer needs and market problems
Provide feedback on the priority list of new features while monitoring the direction the industry is moving (especially within Europe)
Coordinate communication across teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Engineering, and Development) and provide status updates on projects
Assist with product documentation during the Go-to-Market process for new features
Assist with other Product Management responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Product Manager in a technical environment creating superior user experiences for web-based products
Experience in working in a highly cross functional environment and driving inter-departmental decisions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
Hard working self-starter capable of learning quickly
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to travel
Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS or related discipline preferred
Online portfolio of sample writing and user experience design is preferred
