Responsible for working directly with customer business units to identify, define, document current state and map to future state of CH Mack product. Ability to work with client to prioritize gaps in current state to future state requirements of Compass functionality. Ability to translate into Configuration tasks and train client on tools such as Workflow Manager, Assessment and Reporting tools. Assists with project scoping and business process reengineering. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, and demonstrated success in navigating a complex organizational structure. Will mentor and coach associates and client team members. Will ensure compliance with process and tools in place and work towards continuous improvement.
Essential Functions
Assist in the preparation of scope statements for the statement of work.
Provide leadership and strategy with client team.
Elicit customer requirements on gap analysis of current state and future state.
Create Business Requirements Document, Traceability matrix, (Functional and Non-Functional requirements) based on customer requirements.
Create Process Flows, Use Cases, UI Specification as required by project.
Create Test Plan and Test Scripts.
Create Design Document and ensure working with technical team.
Assist in creation and evaluate change requests from customer.
Assist in Technical Specification working with the Technical Lead.
Provide sales support and facilitate the generation of additional business.
Maintain effective administration and organization.
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, tools, process and practice.
Contribute to team effort and organizational success.

Mnimum Position Requirements
BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years leadership experience in BA or related environment.
Understand the Care Management workflow and continue to grow as a strategic thinker in best practice in this vertical market.
Ability to communicate with and develop relationships with technical and non-technical individuals with varying degrees of expertise and seniority.
Ability to facilitate meetings between analysts and individuals from within the business.
Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer acceptance testing and to create test scenarios.
Ability to closely manage the expectations of others.
Ability and willingness to mentor and coach more junior employees.
Ability to multi-task, make and meet project commitments and deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
General knowledge and understanding of information technology and software development lifecycles.
Familiarity with one or more common project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Experience in software development, or equivalent.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of Care Management workflow or healthcare experience.
Ability to translate customer requirements to technical specifications.
Strong computer & technical skills.
Effective at presenting demos.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
