Business Analyst Interactions
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing detailed voice application performance and call path data for the purpose of providing results against Key Performance Indicators and Business Case Metrics, and identification of application performance improvements. You will be member of an esteemed professional services team and report to the Director of Solution Delivery. This role has multiple career path opportunities and could potentially lead to Project Management, Design, or Client Services Management.
Responsibilities:
Become subject matter expert on client and internal voice application reporting systems
Develop deep understanding of client voice application function points and business rules
Review and summarize detailed voice application performance data from client and internal reporting systems
Develop and maintain internal and client reporting scorecards summarizing application KPI?s and business case metrics
Leverage reporting data to execute call reviews to identify, recommend, and quantify impact of voice application improvements
Work with Client Manager and Design Team to plan and prioritize implementation of voice application improvements
Assist Client Manager and Project Manager with internal and client status reporting
Requirements include:
Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Business or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience
Travel as required for training and client meetings. Estimated to be 10-20%
