Business Analyst_FXBO Wall Street Systems
The Business Analyst will use their knowledge of the application and business environment to assist clients in maximizing the utilization and value from their implementations, liaising with them directly to understand their needs, and helping resolve their requests for advice and service.
Analyz and responding to client?s service requests.
Providing accurate and considered analysis of issues along with appropriate solutions to meet the client?s requirements.
Configuration of the Application to accurately represent the client?s business and meet their functional requirements.
Providing creative and practical solutions to facilitate improved client processes and smooth project implementation.
Creation of Business Requirements and Functional Specifications as part of the customization process including planning, documentation, and execution of supporting test cases.
Planning, performing, and document testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements.
Liaising with colleagues on the resolution of issues and the progress of enhancements.
Translation of business requirements into development specifications.
Preparation of test cases together with their execution, and documentation of results.
Delivering quality training to clients enhancing company Education Services brand.
Assisting the drive to improve client / partner focus to increase client satisfaction and reference ability.
Required Skills & Experience:
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsA demonstrable understanding of workflow and functions within a bank or corporate treasury
Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably working in a large corporate, bank and / or Treasury Management software vendor
Good Customer relationship and interpersonal skills
A self-motivated and hardworking individual who is goal oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to the team
A passion for knowledge
A university degree in a relevant (IT, Finance) discipline, ideally with some exposure to computer programming
Organizational planning skills
Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and a passion for knowledge
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Must be willing to travel within the US on short and possibly longer term assignments
