Salary Status: Exempt
The Business Analyst ensures the operational efficiency and excellence of HealthHelp and HealthHelp?s clients; designs and documents work flow, policies and procedures; manages and provides solutions to new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths; audit the operations of HealthHelp and HealthHelp?s clients to identify shortcomings and offer advice on solid improvements; apply strategies in sales and marketing as well as the inventories; prepare test plans for both the user and system; takes part in business planning and assesses business risks.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze the project?s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team
Evaluate the data collected through methods such as task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Develop projects and provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client?s business needs
Prepare documents with accuracy and detailed user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Hold meetings with external clients and internal teams and communicate effectively to deliver product?s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs
Document acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios effectively.
Maintain coordination with the groups of the business unit
Present documents to clients, who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
Oversee and recommend changes and manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
