Responsibilities:
Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
Work closely with UI designer and project team on clarifying requirements, and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with developers and product management to ensure product functionality meets defined customer requirements.
Proactively work to identify, communicate and resolve project issues and risks that interfere with project execution or success.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to cope with rapidly changing information.
Provide input to the processes by which product documentation, help, tutorials and website information will be developed; regularly review the technical writing efforts for accuracy, completeness and usability.
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements work carried out by others on the team and in peer reviews of products derived from the requirements to ensure they were correctly interpreted.
Work closely with development and QA team members to ensure that software design meets the agreed requirement.
Incrementally verify requirements through user testing. Assist Product Team in user acceptance testing and training end users.
Education, Skills and Experience:
College or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or information systems
Self-motivated, able to learn and to research issues independently.
Experience in an Agile environment required, experience in a SCRUM environment a plus
Strong collaborative approach to tasks
Excellent verbal and written communications.
3-4 years of full time business analyst experience, including writing user stories, business requirements, business rules, functional requirements, and use cases.
