Required Skills/Experience:

Work with account managers, product manager and customer support team to gather business requirements
Translate the requirements into technical documentation
Brainstorming & mocking up design ideas and come up with wire-frames
Work with QA to document the use cases
Coordinate with Engineering team to write release documents
Excellent communication skills especially writing
Testing and validation of the release with the requirements
Help the team in minor graphic designs
Strongly prefer candidates with a degree in graphic design or a related field
Over 6 years of experience required
