Challenging and rewarding opportunity available with growing global technology company. The position is for a Business Analyst role focused on interface and gateway development. The position is based in our MTech Division in Miami, FL, USA. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Interface and Gateway teams to analyze, prioritize, and provide requirements for each team?s projects.Responsibilities Include:
Work on an Agile (Scrum) team employing both local and offshore resources
Gather business requirements from product requests
Estimate and plan product releases
Coordinate projects with customers, departments, and teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements
Create user stories that clearly describe features, bugs, or enhancements
Develop Mock-ups incorporating proposed functionality
Organize and prioritize team backlogs
Verify requirements are implemented properly by reviewing user stories
Document product functionality with release notes as well as other artifacts
Focus on maximizing business value
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills
Organized
Positive attitude
Ability to develop strong client and colleague relationships
Results, goal oriented team player
Self-sufficient, able to work independently
Qualifications
3+ years as a Business Analyst on an Agile development team
Bachelor's degree in a computer or related field
Experience with the Hospitality industry is a big plus
