Business Analyst Welocalize

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying key performance indicators, performance analysis and report writing utilizing financial and operation data. This role is also responsible for the financial management of specified large enterprise customers. This process will utilize a variety of systems along with working together with individual Welocalize Management and team members to achieve better quality and/or cost efficiency of services and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral skills necessary to communicate requirements, results and analysis of complex problems.
Analyze all ranges of problems in the use of the business systems.
Capture requirements and build data models to support.
Manipulating and analyzing data pertaining to customers, resources, 3rd parties and markets.
Development of spreadsheet models to quantify the financial impact of business initiatives and the effects of team recommendations.
Be a core contributor and lead projects which delivering multiple BI work streams, both on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
Work with engineering team to help shape and drive the development of data infrastructure.
Contribute both strategic and tactical leadership to the overall team.
Partner with Account teams managing customer financial requirement for reporting, budget management and budget forecasting
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
3-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Superior quantitative, analytic, logical reasoning skills. Working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts
Data extraction experience using SQL and other scripting languages.
Experience managing design, development, and improvement of reports and scorecards through Excel/OLAP pivot tables.
Demonstrated leadership competencies with the ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships.
Strong creative problem solving, analytical and project management skills
Experience of commercial BI tools or emerging BI technologies.
Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
