RedBrick Health is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst/ Project Manager to support the data interfaces within the RedBrick Health systems. This position will be responsible for supporting new client implementations and ongoing client data maintenance once client implementation is completed. This role will also gather requirements and manage development as it relates to the client?s ongoing data needs. Essential Job Functions:
Accountable for assigned new and existing customers? requirements delivery. This includes managing operations project tasks, documenting development file specifications, testing outbound/outbound files, and delivering final client output file.
Facilitate cross-functional analysis of issues, drive the understanding of root cause among internal team members and recommend solutions for remedy.
Provide plan and direction to multiple functional areas to facilitate issue resolution?both internally and externally.
Serve as the primary data contact for clients or carriers during implementation and maintenance phases.
Manage, track, and provide reasonableness-level QA of datasets between RedBrick Health and clients/vendors.
Create and maintain requirements documentation that describes mapping and development specifications for inbound and outbound files. This includes Business Requirement documents, user cases, and process flows/ documentation.
Engage and assist in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors while always looking for improvement opportunities that can be made.
Communicate, both written and verbal, with internal partners, management, and external clients/vendors on project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
Help internal customer support in triaging of a specific consumer issues as they relate to data files.
Understand RBH products and services and how those services are delivered and downstream impacts.
Essential Job Requirements:
Business Analysis Experience: 5 years of business analysis experience with an emphasis on data integrations.
Project Management Experience: 1-2 years of customer-facing project management related to implementations.
Education: Four year degree or equivalent BA/ BS experience.
Knowledge of data bases or data warehouses.
Thorough knowledge and experience in electronic eligibility data processing required (EDI).
Demonstrated experience working with data analysis tools.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Ability to self-prioritize across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Experience in a client and/or vendor facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference given for health insurance or healthcare experience.
Quickly understand process issues, data challenges and business opportunities.
Able to work independently and with little direction.
