Business Analyst - Retail Services Greenway Medical Technologies
The Retail Services department is looking for creative, detail oriented team players who enjoy collaborative problem solving and logical reasoning to join our team of Business Analysts. The Business Analyst is responsible for defining and prioritizing the business needs of the users of Greenway?s Retail product line, and for working with Software Engineers and Quality Assurance technicians to design and test solutions for those needs. The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting requirements, use cases and designs, in a format appropriate for the intended audience. The Business Analyst serves as a source of knowledge for other departments in the company regarding Greenway?s product designs and our users? needs. The qualified candidate will have a B.A./B.S. with 3 year experience in software product design for electronic medical record systems preferred, 5+ preferred. Minimum 3 year experience working with electronic medical record systems in the physician practice environment required, 5+ years preferred. Excellent understanding of clinical needs and workflows is a must. Familiarity with software development processes and defect tracking tools is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Excellent analytical skills required. Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be willing to learn new skills & tools.
Working knowledge of Windows required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required; proficiency preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Visio, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server is a plus.
