Job Description:Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and act as main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions and concerns.
Accomplish the project objectives within the constraints of the project and be responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.
Collect metrics data(such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedules, work in progress, and work completed) and reports on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders.
Assist cross functional teams to meet business goals; Identify and monitor gaps and risks in delivering the business solutions and provide corrective plans.
Perform customer negotiations as and when needed and analyze data.
Deliver BI solutions.
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field.
Requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Software Consultant, Engineer, or related occupation.
Require experience using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM), MS Visio, Rational Requisite Pro.
Required travel/ relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
