Job Description: Review application and product performance to gain a better understanding of current trends and drive improvements into the product. Review and interpret production related data, evaluate internal processes by identifying metrics and key performance indicators and performing high level root cause analysis, and recommend business solutions for application and product improvements to increase overall performance. Build and produce standard and custom reports from various data sources and application metrics repository; compile and manage Best Practices and performance monitoring tools; collaborate with Product Management to develop reporting tools and productizing report features; and contribute data and analysis to measure effectiveness of application changes and build business cases for future enhancements.

Job Requirements: Master?s degree in information systems or information systems management, or a related field plus two years of test engineering and/or data analysis and reporting experience, including specific experience creating tools, interfaces and reports using UNIX/Perl shell scripting, SQL Server Management Studio, and Business Development Studio; and experience coding with VBA for MS Excel and MS Access.
