Business Analyst / Solution Developer Scribe Software Corporation

Scribe Software provides two world-class integration products ? Scribe Insight, an on-premise offering, and the newly released Scribe Online, Scribe?s first true cloud offering. We are now seeking a candidate with strong analytic skills and integration experience in CRM and ERP application spaces to lead the development of application-specific integration solutions for our two products.
Position Description:

The Solution Developer reports to the Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuing design, development and maintenance of integration solutions for the on-premise and online offerings. Scribe Insight currently includes a number of existing solutions which you will maintain and expand; new solutions will also be designed for this product. A number of integration solutions for the Scribe Online offering have been identified and will be designed and implemented by you; many more solutions will be required as additional connectors are added to the product line. The successful candidate will be a self-directed, process-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communications skills.
Responsibilities:

Design, code, unit test and maintain solution components using Scribe platform tools
Research new applications for which Scribe will provide solutions
Support technical writers in the development of solution documentation
Support product support in diagnosing and resolving customer issues
Maintain knowledge of relevant application interfaces that are used by solutions
Contribute to overall direction and specifics of solution development

Required Skills:

Candidates must possess the following skills:

Deep experience using CRM and ERP applications
Data migration and/or integration experience
SQL/database skills with MS SQL Server

Desired Skills:

Outstanding candidates will also possess one or more of the following skills:

Prior experience using Scribe?s integration products
Prior experience with one or more of the following CRM or ERP applications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM/GP/AX/NAV, Salesforce.com
Prior experience using Web Services (SOAP, REST, WCF)
Oracle, MySQL, DB2 or other relational databases
Prior experience using the Agile development process

Experience/Education Requirements:

Bachelor?s Degree
