JOB SUMMARY: The role of the Business Analyst is to provide support in the management of Health Integrated?s products. This includes developing and documenting detailed product requirements, specifications and processes/workflows as well as change requests and defects based on understanding customer and internal user needs. The Business Analyst will perform technical and business analysis to help define business cases, make trade-off decisions, trouble-shoot, solve problems and understand basic program performance at the customer level. They will assist in scoping, defining, designing, and implementing product releases. This role supports the product throughout the product life cycle, from development through retirement. This person is expected to be an expert on their product to the detail level. Must exhibit strong proficiencies with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint and have the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to a wide ranging audience. This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Operations and Engineering as well as with Marketing and Client Services. This position may not conduct any activities that require evaluation or interpretation of clinical information.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/License/Certification: Bachelor?s degree required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years business experience. Managed care experience a plus.
Knowledge/Skills:
Understand basic product development and product life cycle concepts as well as project management principles and practices
Ability to conduct functional interviews and translate them into product and technical requirements and workflows
Ability to organize and analyze data and present meaningful, actionable information
Ability to create, compose and edit extensive, detailed requirements and process documents
Highly organized, quality oriented and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify opportunities and address issues
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ? Excel, Visio, Word, Power Point
Outgoing, collaborative and with a positive attitude

Job Performance/Responsibilities:
Develop and document detailed product requirements, processes/workflows and specifications. Document and manage product change requests and defects, including providing requirements to repairs as needed.
Capture and incorporate customer and internal user needs to help define product releases and to support the product vision.
Organize and analyze data to trouble shoot and solve problems, find opportunities for product improvements, and communicate product performance.
Help manage scope, priority, design and implementation of product improvements.
Use business acumen and knowledge of systems, data and product processes to help make trade-offs between business objectives and technical limitations.
Provide product expertise to client services and marketing to support customer facing activities.
