Business Analyst - Trading Compliance Merced Systems

Candidate will ensure that complex business requirements are accurately captured, communicated and understood by developers, business, compliance and technology management.
Candidate will communicate and train others on the Actimize Trading Compliance solution features and functionality.
Candidate will conduct data and quality analysis including data mapping, validation and remediation, solution delivery QA and issue analysis/resolution.
Candidate will lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results.
Candidate will support the team during the User Acceptance Testing phase.
Candidate will overall contribute to the team?s continual-improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including deliverables checklist, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA & UAT test plans.
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree.
Candidate must have at least 3 years prior experience as a Business Analyst in Trading Compliance, Capital Markets Operations and/or Brokerage Operations.
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have working experience with trading and market data.
Candidate must be proficient analyzing trade data using SQL.
Candidates must possess the ability to think creatively, propose ideas and contribute to working groups.
Candidate must be a team player, enjoy analyzing business requirements and data and willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks.
Consulting or Professional Services in the Financial Services vertical is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
