As part of a Customer Services team working on a shift basis, the Business Analyst will mainly support Treasura, City Financials eTC and also assist in the support of our Ebam and Wallstreet Treasury Product. The Business Analyst will assist clients with resolutions of issues that are logged on the Wallstreet Response System (WRS).

This will involve analyzing customer requirements for highly specialized financial software functionality, providing prompt feedback and advice on the functionality that meets these requirements, and where necessary, document functional specifications for product fixes / development. The Business Analyst will, with the CSS team leader, aim to drive greater interaction with clients through deeper use of Jira Helpdesk System and look to improve client focus and communication. They will also be expected to support the Account Management Team in WS Treasury?s key referencing programme.

Provide business and technical application support (front line phone and email) for internal and external clients
Provide accurate and considered analysis of issues along with appropriate solutions to meet the client?s requirements.
Partner with our Product Management and Technology teams to analyze issues and drive solutions
Perform final acceptance testing of new releases and patches

Required Skills

Undergraduate degree or equivalent
1-2 years working in high-touch service or technical environment
Sound technical experience and applicable knowledge
Understanding of financial theory, banking or accounting
Service oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Enrollment or completion of any other financial or technical program a plus

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably working in a large corporate and / or Treasury Management software vendor
A good understanding of work flow and functions within corporate treasury.
Experience of supporting Treasury systems with the experience of using Wallstreet Treasura/City Financials eTC being a distinct advantage
