As part of a Customer Services team working on a shift basis, the Business Consultant, will mainly supports City Financials eTC and also assist in the support of our Ebam and Wallstreet Treasury Product They will assist clients with resolutions of issues logged on the Wallstreet Response System (WRS). This will involve the analyzing customer requirements for highly specialized financial software functionality, providing prompt feedback and advice on the functionality that meets these requirements, and where necessary, document functional specifications for product fixes / development. The Business Consultant will, with the CSS team leader, aim to drive greater interaction with clients through deeper use of Jira Helpdesk System and look to improve client focus and communication. They will also be expected to support the Account Management Team in WS Treasury?s key referencing programme

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Guidance and Support on the Treasury Applications to accurately represent the clients? business needs.
Providing accurate and considered analysis of client issues along with appropriate solutions to meet the client?s requirements.
Focus on driving down outstanding WRS issues and assist with the maintenance of CSS performance metrics.
Creation of System Fault and Functional Specifications as part of the client support including planning, documentation and execution of supporting test cases.
Plan, perform and document testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/ requirements.
Support Wallstreet Treasury/ City Financials eTC clients post go-live and provide support to implementation projects managed by other Business Consultants in the Treasury Team
Assist the drive to improve client / partner focus to increase client satisfaction and reference ability.
Provide ad-hoc support to Professional Services, Account Management and Pre-sales

Fluent in English both spoken and written.
A working knowledge in information systems is a plus
Knowledge of financial industry, instruments and markets
Required Experience
Required experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably working in a large corporate and / or Treasury Management software vendor
A good understanding of work flow and functions within a corporate treasury.
Experience of supporting Treasury systems with the experience of using City Financials eTC being a distinct advantage
