Position Description
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for providing management support and decision-making support to the Marketplace Business Unit Head, Category Managers and other key team members with strategy development and analysis, budget/cost management, performance management analysis and routine/ad-hoc reporting & analysis.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze business unit performance through utilizing various sales and traffic metrics
Provide Marketplace head with value-added research, analysis and recommendations to support decision making on Marketplace projects and initiatives
In collaboration with Marketplace head, develop and implement key growth and positioning strategies for Newegg Marketplace
Manage the ongoing forecasting, budgeting and cost process
Develop financial models and ad-hoc reports to support decision making and create financial transparency of the Marketplace business unit

Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to talk and build relationships with internal business requestors
Goal oriented and success driven
Excellent analytic, organizational and coordination skills

Team player adept at working in cross functional environment
Strong understanding of ecommerce environments
