JOB DESCRIPTION:Casenet is looking for Business Analysts with experience in healthcare or insurance setting. Job responsibilities include:
Facilitate meetings with business representatives, subject matter experts, analysts and developers
Collaborate with business sponsors and Casenet management to define and manage the scope, requirements and implementation of projects
Gather and document workflow, high-level and detailed gap analysis and sometimes business and functional requirements by guiding clients through their workflow processes
Analyze client operations to determine opportunities to streamline processes and automate where appropriate
Use Casenet GUI software tools to configure workflows, screens, fields based on gathered business requirements
Contribute to writing technical specification / design document as part of a cross-functional team (Clinical, Engineering, Product Marketing, QA)
Develop use case scenarios with clients
Guide client through user acceptance testing process
Train users on application
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers
Support documentation needs such as user guides, manuals, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years experience as a business analyst in health care or insurance setting
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience with business process analysis and mapping techniques
Proficiency in Visio or other workflow documentation tool
Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Strong client focus and collaborative work style
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Travel required, variable up to 50%
