Responsibilities:
Proactively manage scoping, execution, and tracking of online marketing test campaigns
Analyze site traffic, set-up online goals, monitor visitor engagement and conversion
Develop A/B and multivariate test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing
Work collaboratively with marketing promotions, pricing, user experience, search engine marketing, and engineering teams to identify and implement high-impact marketing campaigns
Manage and report on key performance indicators
Develop primary business reporting, based on overall site activity, to drive key business decisions
Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or other quantitative degree
Must have experience with SQL (Tableau a plus)
Solid knowledge of Excel
0-3 years of experience in online marketing, finance, or analytical field
Highly quantitative analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with Google Analytics, Omniture, or alternative A/B and multivariate testing platform a plus
Passion for problem solving: enjoys tackling new problems, breaking them down into manageable pieces, and solving them
Positive, persistent, and ?can-do? attitude
