Business Applications & Data Analyst Boomi
The Business Applications & Data Analyst role is a full-time position responsible for navigating a pipeline of internal systems and data integration projects as business needs evolve. Our ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic individual with a history of representing technical projects and initiatives while understanding core business goals. This person will act as a liaison for internal stakeholders and possesses a proven ability to collaborate, manage expectations and meet milestones.
? Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
? Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions.
? Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control.
? Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
? Reviews or assures alignment of system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.
? Conduct technical hands-on work with Cloud and On-premise application as business needs evolve.
? May create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials)and training for accuracy.
? Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
? In upgrades, may monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.
? Ensures that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project.
? Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches.
? Internal systems administration including Boomi AtomSphere, Salesforce, general network, BI analytics
1. Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
2. Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.
3. Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.
4. Experience with SaaS technologies (ie. Salesforce, NetSuite, JIRA, Google Apps, etc.)
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong documentation/presentation skills.
7. Strong ability to identify and resolve problems.

2. Network administration experience
