Job Description Peoplefluent has an exciting opportunity for an Affirmative Action Data Analyst in our Irving, Texas office.
The mission of the Affirmative Action Data Analyst is to deliver highly accurate and timely reports. Utilizing technical skills, the Analyst is responsible processing, validating and massaging raw data. This position will efficiently and effectively review and enter data utilizing proprietary software according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
? Confirms accuracy of data by reviewing, comparing, correcting, deleting, or entering data
? Compares data sets to identify data discrepancies or incomplete information
? Compares data sets from multiple systems when information is incomplete to provide support in populating incomplete data
? Contacts client, when necessary, to obtain and clarify missing or unclear information to ensure contents are accurate
? Reviews clarification documentation and makes necessary corrections to data
? Strategizes with internal and external clients concerning best practices and their effects on demographic data and reporting
? Communicates regularly with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product and services
? Assisting co-workers with projects and trouble-shooting to ensure that company and departmental goals are met
? Ability to meet deadlines and organize priorities, communicates regularly to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Job Requirements
? Exceptional computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft-based products is required, Proven ability to work with varying types of data.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner. Extreme attention to detail and an ability to document processes.
? Experience working effectively with others in a team setting
? Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage projects and deadlines; strong organization and prioritization skills
? Desire to work for a company where individual contributions have significant impact on the success of the Team as a whole.
