Job Description

The Business Consulting role is exciting for those who thrive on client engagement and delight in data analysis. The Business Consultant will focus on understanding and developing deep insight on campaign performances and targeting response. The role guides clients in defining and refining strategies relating to, digital marketing (display advertising, digital video and mobile), marketing optimization and strategy, marketing spend effectiveness, marketing ROI, and customer insights.

Has superb written and oral communication skills including to executive audiences
Has strong analytical skills and capable of developing unique insight from data sets
Has worked with advanced analytic insight tools
Communicates complex ideas clearly and will work collaboratively in a team setting
Has strong personal drive and motivation, is entrepreneurial and knows effective time management
Is a strong cultural fit with exemplary professional behavior and values consistent within our organization
Broad understanding of current marketing trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications in creating and sustaining a competitive advantage would be a plus

Qualifications

Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and proven track record of performance excellence both in and outside of the classroom
BS or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is preferred
3+ years demonstrated success in consultative, analyst, or sales engineering role
Domain knowledge of CPG or Retail target marketing and strategy for digital media and ad networks preferred
