We are looking for an entry-level, entrepreneurial -minded individual (perhaps recent graduate) beginning their career and interested in working with our experienced business development team to grow our consulting business. This position will allow the individual to learn from the best and build experience in all aspects of the sales cycle. There is much opportunity for professional growth by helping to find new business, executing campaigns and building relationships with other professionals. The individual needs to value working in a collaborative environment and have an interest in working within a team structure.
This position provides the opportunity to make an immediate impact through a variety of business development activities including:
Prospecting and lead generation from various sources for new business opportunities
Regional network development and relationship building
Existing account management and expansion
Sales process support including demo orchestration, meeting coordination, key document development and transitions from sales to delivery
Liaison to marketing function to leverage assets and capabilities in the Cincinnati market
Assist in media communications by developing press releases and other communication pieces
Aid in marketing campaigns by writing e-emails for mass distribution, calling prospective clients, and delivering marketing collateral in a timely manner
College degree required; preferred majors include: Sales, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurial
Professional experience not required, but demonstrated ability to influence others is essential
Proven ability to build strong relationships and to interact effectively with people from a variety of experiences and backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and a business-like approach to solving problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Inside marketing or sales experience/exposure is a plus
This position will be based in Cincinnati, OH (Covington, KY)
