Business Development Analyst SeaMobile

GENERAL PURPOSE: Assist in industry analysis, acquisition analysis, modeling, execution and integration.
Help support the Companys mission and values by contributing to outstanding customer service, respecting
both internal and external clients, working towards achieving the companys rapid growth objectives by
pitching in wherever needed and by contributing new ideas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with CEO, CFO and Director of Financial Analysis on financial projects
Performs financial due diligence for acquisitions and other transaction-related services.
Assists with investor and other third party presentations
Compiles and analyzes data regarding companies to be acquired.
Analyzes historical and projected information including key metrics to understand overall business
drivers and trends.
Possesses a solid knowledge and understanding of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit
and Loss and Cash Flow Statements.
Must be highly proficient in financial modeling for company valuation, capitalization tables and equity
or debt financing.
Perform projections of future combined businesses including calculating potential synergies.
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior
management.
Other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned.
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS: This position reports directly to the Director of Financial Analysis.
Position interacts daily with finance department and other company personnel. Directly involved with CFO and
CEO. Also interacts with outside investment bankers, financial advisors and other outside advisors.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience as an analyst
Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fields
Capable of working in a fast- paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Excel
Powerpoint proficient
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS: Nature of work is general office. Some travel required
