Job DescriptionReply! Inc., the leading online marketplace for locally-targeted marketing, is looking for a Business Development Analyst to help run the operations of our Home Improvement division. Do you like Excel? Do you think formulas and pivot tables are cool? If so, you?re in the right place. The ideal candidate for the BD Analyst is a rare breed ? Someone who is analytical, but favors action over deliberation. Book smart, and street smart.
What you?ll be doing:
? Working in a very fast-paced, team environment where priorities can and will change rapidly
? Helping us drive a tremendous amount of growth
? Supporting the Director of Operations and the Business Development team with the management of regional to nationwide partners
? Spending a lot of time in Excel, and every now and then, putting a PPT deck or two together
? Identifying and understanding opportunities/risks through business intelligence tools and data, and presenting solutions that will help the business grow
? Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on revenue and margin and other key metrics of the business
Qualifications:
? Must have B.A. or B.S, or a really good reason on why your previous career history is more important than a degree (e.g., 4 years of relevant experience)
? MBA is a plus, online marketing experience is a bigger plus
? Proficiency with MS Office products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint. You will be required to take a very basic Excel test on-site during the initial interview
? Obsessive attention to detail
? Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience
