Business Development Associate NetBase Solutions
Description:
This position is an integral, strategic component of the Marketing organization. The Business Development Associate (BDA) acts as a business partner with the Sales organization by providing front line, outbound prospecting, lead generation and follow up.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Relentless prospecting.
- Follow up on all inbounds.
- Drive attendance to and follow up on varies marketing events.
- Set up face to face meeting at marketing events.
- Research and develop target accounts.
- Initiate the sales process via outbound and inbound communications.
- Create client interest, answer questions and qualify sales opportunities.
- Capture pertinent client data and update the Sales Force Automation system.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the outside and inside sales teams.
- Work as an integral part of a team to ensure timely and successful service launch.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic personality with a high energy level.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
- Understanding of business phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Social media fluency highly desirable
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of telemarketing experience and is self motivated, an excellent communicator, inspires their team, has an unwavering commitment to success, a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to thrive in a startup environment. Compensation is a combination of base, plus commission based on pre-set goals, standard benefits and stock options.
