Rhythm NewMedia provides a mobile video and display monetization platform for media companies and mobile game, app and web developers. Were rapidly growing every facet of our organization in response to the massive growth we're seeing in advertiser demand, publisherrelationships and most important of all, revenue.

Were looking for a talented athlete to join our business development team in building and managing strategic partner relationships. The right candidate will be equally comfortable with financial analysis, manipulating large sets of data and building external relationships in order to identify, analyze and calculate the returns of new strategic opportunities. In addition, we look for this candidate to provide in-depth analytical support to the senior business development and executive team.

- Is passionate about digital media and the mobile internet
- Communicates brilliantly, whether it's a briefing, an email or a conference call
- Possesses incredible analytical, problem solving, financial modeling and presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-4 years of combined experience in investment banking, mgmt consulting or equivalent financial analysis experience in digital media / venture-backed startup
- Prior experience in business development a plus
- Bachelors degree from top undergraduate institution.
