DescriptionOne of the fastest growing promotional product companies in the US, ePromos is looking for a Business Development Associate to manage and own the day-to-day efforts that support RFP and new business generation for ePromos Brand Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify, track and handle the oubound calling to get ePromos invited to participate in strategic RFP's where our existing customer base, programs, and location provide us with a competitive advantage.
Coordinate all RFP related efforts:
- Manage the RFP calendar
- Work with EVP on FRP strategy
- Work with the different service bureaus internally to assemble the RFP requirements
- Work with exsisting RFP library to complete sections that have previously been answered
- Schedule meetings and organize presentation materials during RFP process
Plan and exhibit at events targeted at attracting new business.
Skills Required:
Effective project management skills
Must be disciplined in follow-up and adhering to deadlines
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
Ability to establish and build relationships quickly within all levels of an organization internally and externally
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree, minimum 3.0 GPA
2 years? experience in marketing, sales, PR or project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary $50K with an opportunity to earn $60-$70K with bonuses.
