This solution requires very little IT integration and helps drivers improve their driving and benefit from lower premiums with an easy to use device.
Identify, lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that implement telematics solutions for insurance companies and other clients. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Lead client engagements and provide matrix support to product development, marketing, and operations.
The position is structured as:
50% Sales and Business Development
Actively solicit new business development opportunities with prospects
Deliver approximately 8-10 pitches per month and close on 1-2 trials/pilots per month
Convert 1-2 trial programs into major telematics program roll out of $1 million or more in revenue
Identify industry events to attend. Represent DriveFactor and follow up new leads
Provide front end strategy consulting with clients and interface with the ?C Suite? and other key stakeholders in the organization
Responsible for the ?Client P&L?
Will manage/oversee implementation consulting
The right individual will be a person who thrives on selling and delivering quality insights, is a great communicator, disciplined problem solver, and able to translate strategy into action plans with milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
6-10 years of experience in management consulting and business development
BA/BS degree; MBA or relevant Master?s Degree preferred;
Strong Project Management skills required
Fundamental knowledge of: sales ? implementation ? support lifecycles;
Ability to develop and implement client account budgets and plans;
Knowledge of, and interest in, the insurance market (preferably personal lines auto), trends and business needs;
Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled in PowerPoint and excel
Travel requirements estimated at (20%-40%) in US and abroad.
