My client is looking for a Business Development Representative that will prospect NG operation companies that are requiring expert technical consulting services. Most all NG processing operations work with some SME process, control, separation and gathering system consulting group. My client is looking for that special BDR that can find new plant maintenance, repairs, build-outs, and new projects that will require SME consulting, and close for consulting services contracts.
The BDR doesn?t have to have to be an Engineer, but will be required to have intelligent and technical conversations with plant owners and operators.
Must be able to read plant blueprints and P&IDs.
Experience plant processes and automation.
Extensive travel throughout TX, LA and OK.
Must be able to assist in the creation of the project SOW, and scope of service.
Additional Value Add characteristics:
Project Management Skills: Coordinate with others to meet deadlines, organize work, schedule and motivate team.
Technical Skills: Write processes and equipment specifications, or write about material specification.
PE and or PMP a plus.

Requirements:
Business Development Requirement: Min 4 years? experience.
Education Requirements: University degree in Business or Automation/Industrial Control/ Chemical Engineering or both.
