Business Development Coordinator Bizzuka

Bizzuka seeks experienced, organized professionals to assist our Business Development Executives in marketing our next-generation content management solutions to small and medium sized enterprises throughout the country.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can step in and assist our sales team in proposal development, closing document preparation, pipeline management and day-to-day sales activity coordination.
This position reports to the Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Coordinator will do the following:
Field incoming sales calls.
Provide administrative and sales support to multiple sales representatives
Review and analysis of prospect websites;
Create proposals;
Prepare post-sale paperwork and project documentation.
Serve as a liaison between sales and accounting, facilitating the submission and approval of sales documents.
Serve as a liaison between sales and production by communicating critical information and documenting project objectives/details that are vital to production?s understanding of the project scope.
Assist with maintaining and updating databases including our sales CRM solution and our daily activity tracking mechanisms.
Assist with lead tracking, reporting and sales progress for both direct and indirect business.
Assist with the coordination of individual and group meetings.
Provide assistance on an as-needed basis with demos, meeting planning, agenda and materials, etc.
Support client retention initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; four year college degree or two year associates degree preferred.
One to three years experience in sales, administrative, or customer service required.
Understanding of online industry terminology, concepts and technologies a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Above average interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from all departments/levels within the company.
Requires a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
