Use your exceptional coordination skills to implement effective sales operations, focused on driving business growth and enhancing productivity.
Responsibilities include:
Provide daily support to the sales team with miscellaneous requests critical to closing new business.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used and inputted by sales team (within client database / CRM system).
Assist in enhancing presentations and miscellaneous sales documents.
Coordinate development of sales presentations and other sales collateral.
Work cross-functionally and play a lead role in the preparation and management of contracts and proposals for The Search Agency?s business development team.
Draft various legal documents and proposals, and check documents for accuracy and execution.
Review deal points (contract business terms) with appropriate cross-functional teams.
Review and manage sales leads, including account assignments and processing them based on our sales funnel.
With a variety of tools and web-based applications, analyze targeted websites and online campaigns to compile data for our lead generation and prospect development efforts. Build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint to summarize activity and findings to support marketing and business development teams.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience with MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail. And a strong ability to review and organize numerous sales documents.
Prior related work experience; especially with sales / legal documents (such as contracts, insertion orders, etc.) and proposals.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong ability to liaise effectively at all professional levels; especially working in close collaboration with The Search Agency?s Business Development, Legal, Product Management, and Client Services teams, as well as partners and customers.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Capable of working independently and under tight deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce.com, or equivalent CRM system.
High standards that always motivate you to do your best work.
Experience in Internet advertising or a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search, a plus.
