and Louisville, CO, has a great opportunity for a Business Development Director in New York City, NY.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:
As Director, Business Development supporting I-Behavior?s interactive products, you will create a wellqualified
and rich pipeline of prospective opportunities with Agencies, Demand Side Platforms and other
strategic partners as identified. You will negotiate and close profitable business which allows I-Behavior
to sell and share our data with these partners. The primary products to be sold include: Addressable
Audiences, Segment Broadcasting and Email Acquisition. You will also work with our operations and
account services team to ensure partner integration is complete. On an ongoing basis you will maintain a
high level of agency and partner satisfaction and ensuring a rich recurring revenue stream.
Specifically You Will:
Exceed revenue and profitability goals
Create comprehensive, compelling, and effective proposals
Prospect, qualify, sell, and close at least 3 partners per quarter (agencies, ad networks, or demand
side platforms)
Drive ongoing partner revenue through education and sales support
Update your forecast on a daily basis
Ensure contact database is continuously updated
Stay current in trends and developments in online advertising, retail and related industries
Travel as needed to achieve your goals
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3-5 years experience in marketing or advertising
Hands-on, motivated self-starter with ability to take direction and manage tasks with minimal
supervision within an energized, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), presentation and listening skills
Flexible and resourceful
Desired Experience:
Working with or selling to advertising agencies
Knowledge of demand side platforms
