The Apps channel of Adknowledge specializes in developing, monetizing and promoting free applications to millions of users every month.
The Apps business has a strong technology infrastructure, consisting wholly of proprietary code developed for the following functions:
Revenue and Cost per Install Optimizations
This team is comprised of 31 employees ranging from Software Engineers, Business Development Executives, Media Buyers, Partner Development Managers and a Business Intelligence Analyst. The Apps team is made up of extremely enthusiastic and intelligent professionals who are passionate about the work they do and the people that they work with. Based out of southwest Florida in Ft. Myers (nicknamed the Paradise Coast), the sunny days, warm weather and no dress code make for a fun-filled work environment! The fast paced, start-up mentality has been a key contributor to the Apps channel continued growth and success. This position would report to Senior Director.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for sourcing new business for our apps network. This individual should have highly developed communication skills, a core understanding of apps monetization and be able to identify prospective relationships and effectively close new business. Primary duties include:
Identify, approach and close new business deals for Adknowledge Apps products.
Prioritize to optimize revenue and minimize impact on other parts of the Apps organization.
Establish and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com.
Execute against a strategic sales and business development plan.
Prepare and present a detailed business review to management on a weekly basis.
Represent Adknowledge at conferences, trade shows and industry events to evangelize our solutions for customers and the market.
Manage a pipeline and accurately forecast projected close dates and monthly advertiser budgets.
Additional duties include:
Identify and execute on revenue growth opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology enhancements.
Join forces with sales team to identify placement opportunities.
Keep up to date on any changes that could impact the Apps Network.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
2-4 years business development experience with extensive sales training.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals.
Evidence of ability to adhere to and execute on a sales process.
Successful track record in giving business presentations.

There are several key measurements of success this employee will use to benchmark performance including:
Execute against weekly and monthly targets for new business attainment.
Accurately forecast the sales pipeline towards these targets for management.
