Job Profile :
- Serve as business development executive for e4e within a geographic region.
- Develop regional sales strategy, including target prospects publishers & developers in the video game industry
- e4e prospect qualification
- Represent breadth of e4e relative to competition
- Position e4e as a total software quality assurance & technical support solution provider
- Deliver e4e sales pitch and presentation
- Own the proposal generation and contractual process
- Forecast and report sales metrics
- Travel as required
- Position reports to President of Interactive Entertainment line of business within e4e .
Job Requirements:
- Extensive rolodex within Top 20 publishers and emerging online gaming space, including social and casual gaming companies
- Experience selling development outsourcing services to the gaming industry
- Knowledge of and experience in solutions / concept selling techniques
- Aggressive, dynamic, results oriented
- Superb communication skills coupled with ability to mold communication style based on audience
- Ability to establish strong client relationships and network within an organization
- RFP response management
- Capable of generating qualified leads and assessing prospect value
- Capable of dissecting complex business and technology problems while mapping prospect's needs to e4es capabilities
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Ability to forecast sales opportunities.
- Verifiable success maintaining relationships with the Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Knowledge of cost benefit and quality business needs of off shoring services to India .
- Able to travel as needed.
