Business Development Executive ePrize
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Are you a high-energy Hunter who knows how to move the business forward? The Business Development Executive will locate and grow new top tier client relationships for ePrize, help meet revenue goals and serve as a digital engagement marketing expert for ePrize. This fast-paced position requires an experienced sales executive who can effectively communicate, delegate, and work with the larger ePrize Team to win client relationships and close business. The Business Development Executive is a consultative salesperson who provides clients with long-term, strategic value and superior customer service. They will need to possess the ability to prospect, close business, and to sell ideas based on clients' business objectives. The Business Development Representative continually looks for new clients through high activities and consistent networking.
Descriptions and Responsibilites:
Aggressively prospect, identify, and qualify new project opportunities primarily via cold calling and networking, leveraging multiple information sources such as LinkedIn.
Focus on building strong, in-person client relationships by intrinsically understanding the client and their business
Qualify prospects by asking open-ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for successful lead generation projects and work with management to determine the markets and brands to be targeted for effective prospecting.
Maintain healthy sales pipeline. Set and achieve revenue goals and new client wins.
Work closely with client to ensure that corporate brand, marketing and business objectives are being met.
Share ePrize expertise, knowledge, and capabilities with clients and their core partners.
Maintain working knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive set as they relate to the client?s business.
Actively consult and provide client with creative and strategic marketing recommendations to help support their business.
Serve as the client advocate inside ePrize to ensure that all ePrize teams have the necessary information to scope and complete a project, on schedule and on budget, which includes: client program goals, product knowledge, best practices, and content.
Effectively communicate and support ePrize?s Business Development and Project Management processes and documentation.
Continuously manage and set both internal (ePrize) and external (client) expectations.
Approx. 25%-35% travel
Job Specifications and Competencies:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of relevant experience: Sales Executive, Outside Sales, Sales Prospecting
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent writing, grammatical and proofing skills
General familiarity of Internet applications and technologies in order to best exploit the capabilities of ePrize products and services
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Salesforce experience a plus
