Business Development Manager EPAM Systems
EPAM is looking to hire an Eagan, MN based Business Development Managers (BDM) with Professional Information Service industry experience to play a critical role of driving revenue growth with one of our largest customers by prescriptively matching and positioning the right solutions. The BDM will be a target driven professional with a technical services background, and experience solution selling within all level of the organization including Executive level contacts. You will be a member of a distributed global account team in a fast-paced / entrepreneurial environment that will be challenged with proactively searching for leads and generating sales. The best BDM candidates can effectively create and run their own book of business within their region by pro-actively and adaptively applying strategic business development and relationship management acumen. Candidates must have personally demonstrated prescriptive solution selling experience, including developing account strategies, providing strong leadership and hands-on participation in strategic engagements.
Excellent business acumen and business development skills, rounded business experience, and good negotiation and people skills;
BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus with 3+ years of solution sales experience with a proven record of successfully exceeding quota;
Excellent reasoning, problem solving and communication skills are essential, in order to provide robust and efficient solutions to client problems, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues from other technical and management disciplines;
Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets /KPI?s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients? needs and matching with a tailored solution;
Experience growing accounts with large projects pursuits (M+);
Demonstrated ability to connect relationally with both technical and line of business executives;
Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills;
Experience negotiating large contracts, working through conflicts and facilitating joint legal conversations;
Professional Information Services industry experience preferred.
Drive revenue by building an opportunity pipeline and achieving monthly and quarterly targets;
Accurately develop, forecast and close business;
Manage all phases of the business development cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, scoping and estimating, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOW?s);
Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit EPAM solutions around those specific needs;
Proven track record of driving repeat business across a portfolio of accounts (customer satisfaction, up-sell, cross-sell, etc.);
Effectively sell the full range of EPAM?s offerings and solutions;
Write technical proposals, tenders, reports and supporting literature;
Build effective relationships and communicate effectively at all client levels, including the CxO/executive level;
Collaborate effectively with account and partner teams; leverage subject matter experts for pre- and post-sales strategy;
Add industry specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process;
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business and drive deeper, strategic interactions between the client and Salesforce.
