You?ll earn above-market compensation for results. We believe in rewarding handsomely for great performance.
This is an inside sales position. You will identify prospects, (typically in the company?s Human Resources department) assess their needs and schedule a meeting to incorporate Retrofit into their corporate wellness program.
This is a full-time position.

Ability to document that you are a sales professional consistently ranked in the top 5% of your peer group
Remarkable phone & email skills
Direct inside sales experience, selling a premium-positioned intangible service
Comfort with and interest in technology
Commitment to using CRM system on a daily basis
Identify and uncover new leads daily.
Email and outreach to prospects daily.
Schedule at least 1 meeting per day with prospective clients. Because there are so many companies that have employees with weight issues, time management is crucial.
Qualify quality leads with target companies.
Identify and join prospective lead generating networks.
Build outstanding trusted relationships with prospective corporate clients
Network, network, network.
