Business Development Manager - Power Plants Novinium

The objective is to grow sales and expand long-term relationships with power plants at electric utilities while promoting and selling Novinium?s patented cable rejuvenation fluids and process. Target annual compensation is $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and stock options. This position offers strong growth opportunities as our company expands to $100 million in projected revenue over the next several years.

Principle Accountabilities

Create a business development plan and distribution system based on market analysis to penetrate the North American Power Plant market for rejuvenation.

Analyze application requirements, develop new products, and estimate profits.

Identify key potential customers, organize and perform the initial sales activities, and document results. Strong negotiating skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to prepare the necessary marketing communications and to penetrate your assigned market segment.

Establish and carry out sales training, once initial market penetration has occurred and been documented.

Meet and exceed the company?s annual management plan for this market segment.

Open and creative mind able to overcome challenges and objections.
